Another positive step is our choice to align with New Zealand’s commitment to reduce our carbon footprint, meaning a change to Milldale's supply of natural gas, a significant contributor towards national emissions. Existing stages that already have reticulated gas include 1A, 1B, 1C, 2C, 2D, 3A, 3C and 3D while new stages with stand-alone housing will not, including 2A, 2B and 3Bii However super-lots in stage 2G and THAB will include gas.
