BUILDING YOUR DREAM HOME

By choosing to work with one of our approved Build Partners you can select from a range of sections in current stages to design and build your dream home. Many of our Build Partners have show homes in Stage 1B or are completing construction on homes that you can view by contacting them directly.

All house designs, fencing and landscaping are subject to Design Guidelines and approval by the Developers. Plans must first be submitted to sales@milldale.co.nz before seeking council consent. Approval is usually issued within 10 working days and is sped up when using one of Milldale's Approved Building Companies.
