Build Partners awarded at Milldale

Sensation & Hunter 1st off the rank in Stage 1
This month we celebrate our build partners making speedy progress in Stage 1 at Milldale, already underway to complete high quality homes for their new owners. Awarded for making great efforts to establish Milldale as Auckland's No.1 new residential development, trophies were given to:
- Sensation Residential - 1st Plan Approval
- Sensation Residential - 1st Fence
- Hunter Residential - 1st House Start
With over 150 sections in Stage 1 ranging from 320m2 to over 900m2 , Milldale's approved build partners have a wide variety of house and land packages on offer, with something to suit every stage of life.
