Milldale's own TOPHILL HOMES named NZ's TOP MASTER BUILDER in category.

On the back of being named New Zealand's most family friendly suburb, with the country's top performing house values, Milldale now hosts New Zeland's TOP Master Builder in the $500-$750K build category.

Tophill Homes, who builds almost exclusively in Milldale, first won REGIONAL GOLD in the same category in August, also making the national TOP 100 winners list at the annual House of the Year awards.

Then last week at the National Awards, TOPHILL was named the country's TOP MASTER BUILDER in the same $500-$750K build category, the largest and most fiercely competitive category in the annual Awards, with this stunning home in Milldale.

We are immensely proud of TOPHILL HOMES and congratulate Adam and his team.
